Start off by trying to ollie without rolling.
Lots of people (me included) start off by practicing on grass or carpet cos it helps you keep your balance.
Good Luck!!!

LikeDislikeI remember trying that but then found it even harder when I did start to try and roll and ollie at the same time.
Guess everyones different.

LikeDislikeRemember to bend your knees a bit both when snapping down on the tail of the board and also when landing. Should hopefully make it feel a bit smoother.

LikeDislikeMake sure you pull your knees up real good – into your chest if you can – before you start sliding the front foot across. Beginners often focus on the front foot so much theat they are pushing down with it before they let the pop happen.
Now you’ll have nice high ollies

LikeDislikeGet going on your skateboard at a comfortable speed. Place your front foot near the middle of your board, about two inches from your bolts. Put your back foot on the tail. Bend your legs and squat so you can spring yourself up. Kick your back foot down so you can pop as you jump up. Your front foot should rub upward on your grip tape. This will cause your tail to hit the ground, and pop the board up into the air. Tuck your knees to your chest, and pick up your back foot to level the board at a good height.Once you are evened out in the air, extend your legs to the ground as you drop. Extending your legs helps you absorb the shock.Come down comfortably with your knees bent and both feet on the board. You should land with all 4 wheels at the same time, with both feet over the bolts… And roll away smoothly with a smile on your face
